A/V Needs & Room Setup
To ensure Kathleen delivers a powerful, engaging, and results-driven experience for your audience, please review the guidelines below.
If you have any questions or limitations, just let us know. Kathleen is flexible and happy to collaborate with your A/V team to create the best possible outcome.

Equipment
Wireless lavaliere (clip-on) microphone with fresh batteries is preferred. A backup microphone is always appreciated.
Kathleen prefers a clip-on mic rather than over-the-ear or handheld, but she can absolutely work with what you have available.
A second microphone (handheld or stationary) for the introducer is recommended to avoid passing microphones on stage.
Slides & Materials
Kathleen may incorporate slides into her presentation depending on the program.
If slides are used, we will provide them in advance and request they be run from your system during the presentation.
In some cases, a simple title slide with Kathleen’s name and details will be provided.
You are welcome to brand or format slides to align with your event theme, just keep us in the loop.
Occasionally, Kathleen may include a simple handout. If so, we will send it ahead of time for printing and distribution to attendees.
Staging & Lighting
Kathleen is a dynamic speaker who engages the entire room.
A small table or lectern placed to the side or back of the stage is ideal for materials.
Open space is important, as she moves around and does not present from behind a podium.
Bright, even stage lighting helps maintain energy and focus. If spotlights are used, a soft wash across the stage is preferred.
Please keep some house lighting on so Kathleen can see the audience and create connection, interaction, and impact.
